01 Who we are

Revada ("Revada", "we", "us") is a driving-log application operated by the Revada team. These terms cover the Revada mobile app and website.

Revada is currently offered as a prototype. Features may change, be paused, or be removed while the product is in development.

02 Safe driving comes first

Revada is a passive recorder. You must never interact with the app while your vehicle is moving. Set up your drive before you drive and review it after you stop.

• Follow every applicable traffic law, speed limit and local ordinance wherever you're driving.
• Do not use Revada to organise, time, promote or score street racing or any illegal contest.
• Do not use Revada data as a reason to drive faster or take more risk.
• You are solely responsible for your driving decisions. Revada never instructs you to drive in any particular way.

03 Your account

You need an account to use Revada, in the mobile app and on the website. You must be legally allowed to drive, or be a passenger, to record drives.

• Keep your sign-in credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate profile information and do not impersonate another driver.
• One person per account. Do not share, sell or transfer your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings in the mobile app, or by emailing privacy@revada.app.

04 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false or misleading content, or spam the community feed.
• Harass, threaten or dox other drivers, or post another person's location or plate details.
• Falsify drive data, spoof GPS or otherwise manipulate standings.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, resell or overload the service or its APIs.
• Use Revada for commercial fleet surveillance without our written agreement.

We may suspend or remove accounts and content that break these rules, usually with notice where practical.

05 Your content and data

Your drives, traces, photos and crew posts remain yours. You grant Revada a limited licence to store and show that content so the app can work, for example drawing your trace, calculating opted-in distance standings, and showing a drive you chose to share with your crew.

Content shared with a crew is visible only to that crew's active members. Choose visibility carefully; see the Privacy Policy for details.

06 Run figures are estimates

Distance, speed, time and route traces are estimates derived from phone sensors and GPS. Accuracy varies with signal quality, weather, device and mounting. Do not treat Revada figures as evidence of speed, compliance or vehicle condition, and do not rely on them for insurance, legal or dispute purposes.

07 Prototype status and availability

Revada is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that data recorded during the prototype phase will be preserved indefinitely. Email privacy@revada.app if you want a copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

08 Fees

The current build is free to use. If we introduce paid tiers, we will show pricing and ask for explicit confirmation before any charge.

09 Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revada is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost data, lost profits, vehicle damage, traffic citations or injury arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

10 Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Revada after that date means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using Revada and delete your account at any time.

11 Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Revada operates. Questions about these terms go to legal@revada.app.
